Dues: Association annual dues for 2025 are $50.00. Dues can be increased each year.
As most association residents know, Sevenoaks has annual dues which support maintenance of areas owned by the association - open storm sewer ditch liner and yard maintenance adjacent to the liner, monument signs at Old Cheney & 31st Street and Old Cheney and Briar Rosa, and center island at Old Cheney and 31st Street.
Dues invoices are sent out annually. Dues are deliquated 30-day after invoices has been sent and the home owner will incur late fees. If not paid the Sevenoaks Homeowner Association Board has the responsibility to place a lien on the property and if necessary pursue foreclosure.
When homes within the Sevenoaks HOA are bought/sold, it is the homeowners responsibility to update the mailing address for the property by contacting:
